Pets Are Welcome at Summit East Plaza!
UMMIT East Plaza is pleased to welcome resident pet owners. Residents are encouraged to submit a photo of their pets for posting on this site. Please submit photos (limit to 300 pixels in width) to the Summit East Plaza Information Office. Feel free to include a brief description of your pet with your photo, and watch this page to see your canine friend's photo. Images will be added to the site as they are received.

Pet Guidelines: Summit East Plaza welcomes pets, according to the following guidelines: 1) Breed Restrictions: All dogs must be under 40 lbs. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pincers, and Chows are not allowed. Please refer to the City of Lee's Summit Ordinances for further City guidelines regarding animal guidelines and restrictions. 2) Summit East Plaza Apartments offers a payment plan to assist new residents with pet deposits: a) the pet deposit is $300.00 for one pet and $500.00 for two pets.
